My name is Peter Sinclair (photograph by Bill Jorgensen). I have been painting as a hobby since childhood, but took up photography 'seriously' in 1980 when I bought my first Minolta SLR camera, soon followed by a Yashicamat for black and white work. After years of taking slides and producing black and white photos in my darkroom, I entered a slow period in the 1990s that ended with the purchase of my first digital camera in 2000. I retired in 2011 and am now able to devote much more time to photography and PRS Images. In 2011, I moved to Courtenay, British Columbia (Canada) located in Vancouver Island's beautiful Comox Valley.
I use Nikon D750 and Olympus OMD-EM1 MkII cameras followed by processing in Capture One Pro and sometimes additional software including Affinity Photo, Photoshop CC, and Topaz plug-ins.
