Built on the slopes of a conical hill, Pyrgos is much less visited than Fira, Oia and other areas around the caldera rim of Santorini. However, it is a delight for the eye with interesting architecture, flowers, people, plants, and panoramic views of the island below.
After climbing up the narrow, twisting streets of Pyrgos (Santorini, Greece) I found the pathway to this church which had stood out when seen from below.Daisies grow anywhere
